Soil mix for outdoor. I have some questions

I'm building my Coots soil mix for the outdoor season

50% blond sphagnum peat (H2-H4) PH 3,5-4

30% perlite

20% worm casting

For cubic foot:

1/2 cup Neem meal
1/2 cup Kelp Meal
1/2 Cup Crustacean Meal
1 Cups Malted Barley

1 Cup Basalt
1 Cup Calcified Seaweed or Oyster Shell Flour
1 Cup Gypsum

I have some questions
I have read that 1/2 cup of calcium carbonate per cubic foot is added to acid peat to bring it to a pH close to neutral.

Do I need to stabilize the peat pH before mixing the ingredients?
Or is it not necessary to adjust the peat before mixing the various amendments?

no one who builds soil from a peat not already calcined?

the question arose after having read that you have to wait at least 30 days before any addition of any type of nitrogen, to avoid a caustic reaction between lime and nitrogen

I've been adding home-made bokashi from wheat bran and adding it to my soil when I use new peat along with rock dusts. It will heat up for like 2 weeks and be ready. I use azomite and greensand in my bokashi and add the basalt when I mix it with the soil. Calcium carbonate is Oyster Shell flour and you don't want to use too much because it will lock out Mg and K if you have excess. Mg, Ca, and K will all raise your Ph...

I read more of your post. I just mix the Clackamas recipe and bokashi together and it heats up really well. When it cools down, it will be ready and have the spider web looking stuff on it.
