soil mixed transplant question

I'm about 5-6 weeks into veg right now with white widows, plants are about 10 inches tall or so. I've been using miracle grow moisture control and they're doing fine(i know, its bad to most people but its working for me alright.) well someove gave me some free coco soil and I transplanted 1 of my 3 plants from a small pot into a bigger one in the coco soil. I should've thought of this earlier, but what do I do about the nute situation? I know miracle grow I don't need any till flowering really, but the coco soil needs the nutes. Hopefully someone has some kind of clue to help me out here lol.

maybe p.h. some water and do a thorough flush to remove some of the m.g. chems. it may not remove all of it but it should help. then i would stick to organic ferts to minimize any burning because of to much ferts in the soil. just my thoughts im no expert.

from what i heard, the coco is the closest to being like a hydro grow too...any truth to that?

anyway, i'm scared to flush the center of this pot right where the miracle grow was lol...i've never flushed before so I already don't really know what i'm doing...whats the best way to do it?

yes that is a medium used in hydro applications. youre probably better off in either soil completely or a hydro setup completley the soil might rinse out or compact who knows it might work though. anyways you may or may not end up with problems from the m.g. flushing is pretty easy and safe basically make sure the p.h. is correct with p.h. up or down i think like 6.5 would be good then basically you run 3 times the amount of water your container holds thru the soil and this dilutes the ferts or corrects an improper p.h. if your feeling kind give me a rep point im computer retarded and if you watched me type you would laugh. i will help with any questions i think i can answer hope that helps:peace:

thanks a lot for the help man. I'll throw you some rep as soon as I figure out how haha. I'm probably going to try flushing it soon, or I might just wait it out few weeks because I read on here the moisture control nutes only last 45 days and I'm already about 30 days deep. I'm just scared to kill her with flushing so long into it ya know? thanks again for helping out tho man.

yeah like i said you may not have any problems. if the leaves are not showing sings of being overferted like a mottled appearence or curled under into a claw shape you probably dont need to flush. maybe veg extra long when you see some yellowing the plant has probably used most of the ferts then you can 12/12 it and use bloom ferts sparingly for better bud production. the rep thing is a little silver icon on everybody posts click it took me a while to figure that out to.:peace:

ok man, you've got some rep! i transplanted on tuesday, so its 5 days later the plant is looking healthy like it never left the old pot so hopefully i'll be fine. i'm going to use fox farm big bloom and tiger bloom for the flowering phase in low doses to start even for my all mg plants. we'll see how it goes, i don't see it being a problem since the mg nutes should be all used up after 8-10 weeks in veg.
