As long as your plants look good it doesn't matter :D
Everyone's grow conditions are different.
I use roughly the same amount as you, maybe up to 1.3 ec mid flowering.
Ive read Roots Boost granules also has slow release NPK but I can't find where I read that at the moment lol
By Roots Boost, do you mean this?

Yes that's the one
I use that, way cheaper than any of the "Cannabis" brands and does just as good. I put a 5ml spoonful in the root hole when I first plant the seedling. I have a packet here and it doesn't have any mention of an NPK ratio on the bag. AFAIK, in order to be sold in the UK it would have to display an NPK ratio on the packet, I may be wrong though.

Still can't find the npk but it says nutrients
Not saying it does not work but the job of the roots, is to find water and food, if your soil is full of food and water, the root mass will grow slow because the plant has everything it needs, the plant will grow large while the root mass stays small. (in soil its hard work for the roots to grow)

I use it too.
Transplanting from 10l pots to 25l pots I found 17g of it a bit strong so I reduced to ~ 14g.
I put about 2/3rds ~ 9g in base of hole, drop plant in half fill with soil and sprinkle the other 1\3 in around plant and fill the pot up.

I use it from day one. My soil has nutrients, enough for up to six weeks of vegetative growth. If I plant a small seedling in a 17L pot (3.8 Imp Gallon/4.5 US Gallon), I can have roots at the bottom of the pot in a week.

Yes it definitely takes a few weeks to kick in.
I use it from when I transplant clones in peat pucks. And every time I pot up

I don't work it out so scientifically. I always figure that the companies behind any of these products want you to use the maximum possible dose, they sell more product that way. After a bit of trial and error I decided that a 5ml spoonful was about the right measure for a seedling.

Took this picture about a year ago
Wow, that is good.
Used enjoy growing lots of different vegetables in my garden, so I treat my weed the same, good quality soil, large pots, soil mix that doesn't hold the water for long etc.

Used to veg my weed under t5 and these leds bulbs are more effective, could be 70% more effective.
These leds are 50% more effective than hps (mirgo said there 1.78 )

There very cheap to buy and easy to setup, they don't give off much heat.
