Alright so I'm about to go buy some soil, but looking for options.
I have a hydroponics store up the road that sells FFOF, Happy Frog and BushDoctor Coco loco.
I have used nothing but Happy Frog and Botanicare's Cocogro for hydro and it's working great for me, not really wanting to switch it up but the hydroponics store is charging near $30 for the normal 2 cu.ft. bag (51.4 quarts). Only reason I'm looking for other brands is because of price. I like happy frog because I can just plant the seed and water for the first 25-30 days without adding nutrients, never had any nute burn problems like I've seen with FFOF being "hot".
I have lowes and home depot stores all around, but not sure if they sell anything really good even though they have a huge gardening/outdoors section. Last time I looked it was a lot of miracle grow stuff. Is there anything that will work just as good and cheaper? Or am I stuck paying $30 a bag to fill up 4 3gal pots... might just go to coco and keep it cheap but didn't want to.
