Soil PH and High PPM Issue

New at all this and have 2 small plants for personal use. My buds aren’t getting big at all. Been doing so more reading and I think they may be nute locked. I checked the runoff while I was feeding tonight and the PH was around 5.2 and it maxed out my ppm meter which I think goes to 1500. I was feeding with a 980-1000 ppm solution if that matters. This is the first time I’ve checked runoff as I simply didn’t know. They are about to go into week 6 of flower. Is it lost at this point or is there anything I can do to help them out. What’s crazy it they don’t appear to be burnt as the leaves are most nice and green. There are a few leaves on the lower part of the plant that have turned yellow and the tips are crispy but the majority of the plant leafs look ok. Thanks for any help for this rookie newb. Cheers.

Growing in 2 5 gallon pots. Fox Farms oceans forest soil and fox farms nutes. I’ll try and get some pics. Not sure if pics will help a ton though as just looking at the plants they look nice. Just the buds not near as big as you would think it should be.
