Soil PH problem

My soil is at 7 PH. Plants are suffering. Anybody know how to get PH down quickly and keep it down. I have oyster shell in already, Just hasn't had time to balance out yet. I have very hard water too.

7 ph is fine for soil grows if your plants look ill id check other things or post a pic

ahh you added one now thats deffo not lockout from PH ... droopy leaves normally mean not enough water or too much water.. if the ground is wet leave it abit longer between feeds to see if it perks up , if the ground is dry feed it abit more through out the day and you should see a diff.

this is what ph lockout looks like ...

7 is fine for for soil. The problem is something else.
