Scrape it.
Just scrape the soil, with a lolly stick or similar, turn it over to about the depth of 2 cms. as in tilling the soil, dont go too deep as to disturb the top roots then let it dry under the lights or whatever. As the soil dries out, the mould will die & disappear. If you have a fan, use it to get a bit of air circulating, oh, careful with the water too.

If it repeats, just do the same. Shouldn't re-appear if the soil id dry-ish..

That was a fungus.....It may have been from high amounts in a myco's amendment (the piranha was it) or from the soil.....It should not have been a problem as it would have only lasted a few days and went back into the soil......That's how my built soil looks after a few day of cooking......then it gets turned and continues for a few more days and gets turned...
Btw, that was something that actually breaks down nutrients IN the soil so your plant can actually use them.....In the long run, it was a good thing.

After looking at the whole plant pic.....You flowered to soon. The plant was stressed pretty bad!
The strong nutrient available and used by the plant shows in the 1-3 leaf leaf sets.....You should lower your nutrition or soil amending if your making a SS. You should have flowered when it throws several sets of 5+ leaves per set and after several were set...

We are kind of trained to think mold is bad, but that may or may not be mold, but what it definitely is...is a fungus. Everytime I mix my own soil and cook it, I get a nice layer of that on the top and mix it all up before my grow. In the beginning i bugged out and i put hyrdrogen peroxide on it and it kills it all instantly without harming your soils ph and all that, does mess up the micro life in the soil tho. If you wanna grow using soil I highly recommend reading books on the soil food web, TLO growing, soil microbiology and all that. You wont regret it. On a side note, plants that small in pots that size shouldn't really require much feeding unless the soil is crap. I personally prefer mixing a well amended soil charging it up with lots of micro life and letting the plants do their thing, add some organic cal-mag (not the synthetic salty stuff) with water and thats it. My guess of why this happened when it did is the combination of the sugars and nutes prob killed of some microbes while creating a better environent for the fungus.
