no , you dont need to worry about ph at all , the mix will buffer it out. tomato food an pot food is the same.will feeding nutes, example lets say tomato food, will that not raise ph. all this ph stuff is over my head i admit, i mean if it does raise it, where does it go then
(lets say it does raise it, the mix will bring it back down in a matter of a few hours or less.)
let me try to say this right. soil, coco, and peat all have their own ph and you can not alter that in a short amount of time. just like wet says , you can not change the ph of your water/food an expect it to change the soils ph.
there is absolutly no reason to use any meters with your grow. just dump the food/water in an know your ph is gonna stay whatever it already is.
did you get them outta the strait peat yet ?
