soilless & autos (need guidance)

Hello guys :) im Kai and this is my first post ever on rollitup!

Im about to start 4 Red Poison autos from Sweet Seeds and I need some guidance on soilless. I've grown succesfully 3 times non-autos in hydroponics but, this is my first time with autos & soilless.

OK, first of all, my setup:

- Grow meduim: Peat Moss, Vermiculite & Perlite (I bought each from separate), also I bought garden lime.

- Lightning: 400w lumatech HPS

- Nutrients: I got this kit which Ive used 3 times before on hydroponics and I've had good results following its recipie
>>> http://technaflora.com/downloads/USA2009.pdf
& Big Bud for flowering

The questions:

>>> on soilles:

- what mix ratio would you do for Peat Moss, Vermiculite & Perlite (I'm planning equal quantities of each).
- should I feed with every watering? (I've been told that its ok) if yes: do i need to flush with pure water from time to time?

>>> on nutes:

- ok I've read that autos like less concentration of nutes than regular strains so i dont want to follow the recipie I linked above, so how would you feed autos with this recipie (concetration/week)
- also, the recipie says if read it: "for soil/ soilles mediums use this solution in the sequence of FEED, WATER, WATER" (is this correct for soilles?)
- also which nutes would you take out of the recipie?, im asking this bcs there are so many I dunno if its too much.
- I dont want to buy new mutes but if you see that this recipie wont work or it is just too complex or whatever, which nutes would you recommend? (brand & concentration/week please)

OK, that would be all for now. I would appreciate help from experienced auto & soilles growers because i dont want to fail (that is waste time & money).

I'm counting on you guys! :)

- Kai

Use the nutrients you have. Start at 1/4 strength when plants are about 3 weeks old. Some autos eat nutes like candy, others are more finnicky. Best method is to start light, observe, plain water, repeat nutrients and observe plants again. If it looks good bump nutrients up. If you start to see burn, bump them down. You'll be fine.

Just remember that you use nutrient water, let the plant dry out, then use plain water only on the next watering, then let plant dry out again, then repeat nutrient water again. Some people use nutrient water, nutrient water again next feeding, then plain watering. Just observe plant after each feeding, and dont use nutrients every watering.
