solutions for plants having yellow leaves, drooping & weak branches, purple stems

Days since germination: 44 days

8 plants in a 3x3x6 ft. tent having the same strain from a third generation seed

cannabis transplant date: saturday aug 17

Hello,

I am having a little bit of trouble in my grow. I had healthier plants last week.

healthy plant date: wednesday aug 14 2019

I transplanted them on saturday aug 17, 2019 to 3 gallon pots. While transplanting, I added a mixture of bat guano, kelp, blood meal and something else I am unaware of and I also added some seed germination soil having nutrients for 1-2 pots. During the past 44 days, the only time I added the bat guano mixture was on day 11. Since day 11, I did not add any more nutrients to my plants until the transplant date of aug 17 2019. I don't know what nutrients to add to my plants at this point.

I learned I was not adding enough water to my plants. So since saturday, aug 17 I have started to add enough water such that it collects in the saucer below. I did this once at night time and the next morning, the water had disappeared for all the plants. I have been able to reduce the temps in the tent as well by installing an intake that bring fresh air into the tent as of Monday , August 19 2019.

Since the day I transplanted, the plants are looking unhealthy.

I have found that many more of my plants have been exhibiting the following symptoms since the transplant date:

These are pictures from today.

drooping and not as strong as before:

leaves are turning bright yellow:

purple stems:

Can you please help me restore these plants to their glory by telling me what could be causing this and how to fix it? I read on

I also need to determine their sex at some point, so I can kick out the males.

They don't look that horrible quite yet ... but they could get worse. You mentioned watering at night then watering again the next morning. That is way too frequent and hopefully that is not the norm. How often do you water?

How often do you feed? And what N-P-K base nutrients for VEG are you using right now? (Fox Farm, General Hydroponics, Advanced, Remo, your own concoctions, etc. )

The yellowing and purple stems might be Ca/Mg/S deficiencies. Do you add any calcium, magnesium or sulfur to supplement?

Watering at night is a rarerity for me. I water once in the morning every 48 hours. I am going to hold off on the water. And water once every three days.

During the past 44 days, the only time I added the bat guano, kelp, blood meal mixture was on day 11. Since day 11, I did not add any more nutrients to my plants until the transplant date of aug 17 2019 when I added more of this mixture.

The soil is Root farm hydro potting mix 0.2-0.06-0.10

I have to add more soil as the Roots near the main branch are exposed. they may have experienced transplant shock.
