Some advice

Starting clones such as taking cuttings or receiving/getting clones from a dispensery or friend/vendor and growing them put.

Ok do you have any growing experience/knowledge at all if not you should watch The Ultimate Grow Series By Jorge Cervantes for starters theres a link somewhere on the forum and its also on youtube, welcome to Rollitup . Go ahead and ask me anything you want to know.

yes i just grew for the first time this summer, and i got great results for my first time lol. just wondering if i could get tips on how to grow indoors with cfl lights , like what watts would work best and how much airflow or anything like that.

For starters CFLs Advantages:Low electricity cost, their inexpensive, don't build up heat and can be kept inches away from plants, and they come in a variety of spectrums, Disadvantages:You need a lot of them and they just aren't as bright as HID lamps. Their still good for growing great dope. You should use atleast 10,000 lumens per sq/f with these if you plan on growing more than a couple plants the average 25w CFL is about 2,000 lumens so add it up. As for spectrums the 6500k and 5000k are the most common kelvin temperature use for vegative growth and 2700k for flowering a 2700k can still be used for vegative growth but a 6500k or 5000k should never be used for flowering as this can create popcorn fluffy buds. These should be kept at around 6 inches from the canopy of the plants too get the most out of the lumens given out. What are you going to be growing in? So I can give you a rundown about air circulation.

you can run 6500k in flower i run a mixed spectrum one 6500k to every 3 2700k mine are looking great 400 actual watts of cfl

i was just thinking of to have alittle set up in my closet. but i heard that you can grow in like a huge box as well.. what do you think works best?

150w of CFL would be good for starters that is around 12k lumens the almost same amount as a 150w Hps the thing is that when using CFLs the light just isn't distributed as far but remember the advantages is that you can keep them inches away from the canopy just have some good intake bringing air in so temperatures don't rise to high. Whats the size of your grow space
