Some advise please

The tips of the new growth looks a little light..Its my first grow just a little nervous..does it looks like my lights are too close?? Wind burn??. Idk if its normal or what..plz some advise

What kind of soil? Nutes ph? Lights, temp humidity,more info the better.
Looks hungry to me.

Mg Natures care organic..no nutes yet since soil is organic.been in that pot for 5 days..light..600w led..260w pull from wall...at 22inches..temp is 76 humidity 40
