ok two days ago my seed germinated and hatched the root so i put it into a peet pot and then into this yellow pot with soil here is a pic
this seed is a bag seed from a bag i got that was called cali green

ok here is my plant a week and 1 day old what does everyone think the 2 leafs got kinda burnt cause it grew right into my flourescent lights and i had to raise the lights

no one has anything to say about my plant i would like to know if im doing ok ill post a new pic later today of the plant now it is 2 weeks and 2 days old
 
I GOT SOMETHING TO SAY! you are about where im at...mine will be a week old in 2 days...its about 2-2 1/2 in tall (which i think means its growing relatively fast?)...ur lookin good there tho dude what kinda light set up you got?
 
wow there are not any ridges on those leaves what so ever. what sort of medium are you using? what kind of lighting? do you have any more seed to germinate?? if so i would germ at least 3 more to make sure you get a female. getting a fem off one seed is very difficult to pull off. it might be a fem but thats a lot of time/effort to put in on the chance it could be a male/hermi. im growing perpetually and i still germ 10-12 a section. just trying to help thats all. peace.
 
no that really has nothing to do with anything other than your plant genetics. you'll not be able to tell what the sex is until it shows its hairs or pollen sacks. the plant not having ridges on the leaves is interesting but more than likely it will grow out of it. and if it doesnt it will still be fine if its a female. if you had more plants you would have more of a chance of one being a female.
 
damn man im sorry im getting everyone mixed up today. yeah the ridges has all to do with your strain/genetics. theres really no telling if you have a fem or male or hermi until they actually show their sex. right now the plants that im growing actually only have 3 blades on every leaf. its pretty cool to say the least. and its some dank. one weird thing that ive noticed is that every deformed plant that ive ever grown has become female. so every time i get a deformed plant im pretty sure its gonna be a fem. but even then its simply a guess i believe. pretty strange though. peace.
 
put a pic up of that with the blades! my camera is shitty but i will attempt to get a good pic of mine, even tho its real young im tellin ya the leaves look goooood
 
im just using 2 25 watt cool brite flourescent lights and i do have 2 more plants that i just put into peat pots yesterday

once i get a new cord for my digital cam ill post up a couple pics. its the craziest thing ive seen. its pretty surprising. i even have one 100% sativa out of the group that has only 3 blade leaves everything else is 50/50 sativa/indica with 3 blade leaves except for one. its a local strain called urban legend its normally 50/50 indica/sativa with a very orginal smell/taste. im not sure whats in it but its some dank to say the least. im starting to understand the name behind the strain through its growth patterns and smell/taste. i had one female outdoors this last season it had the smell and taste but it didnt have the same growth patterns. once i grew it inside it showed the different pheno types and all grew with 3 blade leaves except for one. its a pretty cool strain. im happy with it. peace.
 
ok so today i went and checked on my plant and the 2 lower full leaves have started to turn yellow and i wont know what im doing wrong i have just been giving it water and it has a heater in the closet but not turned up too high so i dont think it is getting too hot in there also it has a fan blowing towards the plant i did pick up some b1 fertilizer to help new growing plants and for transplants and i was gonna try some of that also i just got some black magic soil that im gonna start using let me know if you know why the leaves are turning yellow
 
i had a heater in my room for the first few days...til the veg stage...and that shit was WAY too hot, when i got a thermometer i knew...u can get them for 2 bucks at walmart i would suggest it...now my shit is at the most 82 and usually a lil under 80...that could be what was doing it...also i spray water on mist setting on the soil and a few squirts over the leaves every time i go in to check on her...i think she likes it
 
ok here is another pic of my plant that i started 4 weeks ago and it is doing horrible i think i put it into shock when i took it out of its original soil and ripped some of the roots and then i transplanted it into black magic soil

also the two other pics are of the 2 new plants i started but what kind of fertilizer can i give these plants starting out i have been feeding them some B1 for starters but is there something else i should be feeding them
