Some sort of deficiency - purple Coloration on Buds

Hey folks, hope everyones doing well.

What does it mean if buds are not developing very well, and there is purple coloration right in the middle of the leaves and new growth.

I'm thinking it is some sort of deficiency, not sure of what and how to resolve. All organicaa

Sorry I dont have pictures, thought it might be something someone would be familiar. It came on during flowering. Seems to be stunting bud production, and has a deep purple color right in the middle of where it should be budding. It is happening all of the plant, in varying degrees.

could be Phosphorus defeciency or it could be because you are growing in cold temps

It doesnt look like any of those deficiencies on that website, including the phosphorus. Could possibly be due to the cold. I have seen that happen before though, and this seems to be something different. It is very purple, and has not been too cold lately.

Any other ideas?
