The problem is allowing self regulation in the form of in house testing. All testing should be performed by a third party analytical company. Since it has now become blatantly obvious theyre skirting testing and selling pesticide laden cannabis to the sick.
Patients should file a class action agaisnt them. Pretty black and white considering the pesticides used should have never been on the property, making it hard to defend those actions. Hell i believe one is even banned alltogether for use in Canada
