I'm going for the Aeroponic/NFT system aka Aeroflo from GHE, I will however build my own system using various DIY I saved on the web and combining the best features to get the best results.Nice man, what style you going? F&D, DWC? Aero, hydro really is more tuneable. Hows your electric service, reliable?

Yeah I think it will be in order once I move to my new place. Maybe I'll just make a perpetual journal because I go through harvests so often now lol. The fixture I got is a 432w 8 tube, 4 ft t5 HO fixture. It was 230 from the grow store including bulbs. It puts out 40,000 lumens. As you can see by the pics, it's a little more concentrated on the center then edges... I'm trying to cram too many plants under it, I would say 8-10 would be better, I have 12 under it right now, hence the parabolic canopy shape.what up good buddy!
hey if you dont mind me asking what kind of light is that you are using for veg? it looks like a 2' or 4' 8 light t5 joint, is that correct. if so which is it and how many lumens are you getting. i was at home depot yesterday and bought a t8 fixture that holds six 4' bulbs(25 bucks), which will give me right at 16,500k lumens, with two t12 4' fixtures that hold two bulbs each, an additional 12k. that will bring me up to 28,500k lumens, which is like 1k less than my hortilux 400mh, and a hell of lot cooler, but is that enough "flourescent lighting" to veg properly? because by the looks of it you are getting a very good veg with what youve got. i'm just not that sold on flourescents for vegging, but i am starting to buy into it by the looks of your setup. hope mine fares as well as your. its just that with this summer heat i'm trying to find different ways to beat it.hit me back with your opinion or advice, thanks in advance.
Btw nice harvest man, is there a round five journal in the making?
PEACE!!!

damn! 330 huh? wow!Yeah I think it will be in order once I move to my new place. Maybe I'll just make a perpetual journal because I go through harvests so often now lol. O and to beat the heat, lots of A/C and then u just bend over for the electric bills. Just got one for 330 for 29 days of use, SHIT!
Yeah it'll be enough. But as u know the more the better. I vegged 6 clones under 64w of t8 flouro, hurt my final yield a little but it worked. The 400mh was much better and the 432 flouro seems comparable.damn! 330 huh? wow!
i think one of those fixtures wil be in order pretty soon.
but as far as the 28,500k lumens, you think that'll be enough? like i said my hortilux 400mh is around 29k.
i'm just a little iffy because they are t8 and t12 bulbs and not t5's, but they are all 6500k temp though. hit me back bro, and give me your opinion on that.
oh yea got my 8x8 tent with my two 600's set up with the 12k btu unit inside, so i will be getting some of that good 'ol POWER PLANT PIPE to bro, real soon.............i'm so scared!LOL. 330 sound like a lot of pipe to take.
PEACE!!!
