So they arent really selling them at that, being capable and selling are two different realities, even though I knew you would use that excuse, lol. Just about any diode can put out that Lm figure, current is everything.

I decided I would post some photos of how things are going with the Hans Panel. As you guys are probably aware since my first post on this thread...it's been one month since I started a small grow of two plants to test out the 180watt Hans Panel that was apparently upgraded earlier this year. My plants first sprouted on June 13th. It's been one month and I am almost into the second week of flowering. Everything is going great. The Auto Fem Blueberry is looking really good and I've not done any super cropping to it. The height of the plant now remains constant while the White Widow continued to grow taller. They are both in 6-liter buckets with a soil combination of 1-part California biogumus (California red worm) and 3- parts palm dirt with 1-liter of agro-perlite very well mixed up. I am using mineral water pH balanced to 6.4 and they just got their first (and last) shot of Florabloom 1.5ml in 1.5 liters water. Once the plants started to show signs of flowering, I switched the Hans Panel over to flowering mode which kicked on the red LEDs. As for the vegetation stage, I've never once grown a plant that produced such gigantic fan leaves. Anyway, I'm not sure what someone here said about 'tree grows'. Not to be snarky or anything...but I don't know anyone that is growing tree-sized plants inside. Also, it may be that we were all somehow talking about the smaller 80watt light. I should reiterate that this is the 180watt model that cost me $350 including shipping. I can tell you that it walks all over the 300-watt HPS light that I was using. I also wanted to say that I looked at the Quantum LEDs and saw a little bit of confusion as to why they would ask you what spectrum you want...and to choose that spectrum of LEDs. Hans Panel has a Veg and Flowering switch...no guesswork there for a beginner...which I am... I must sheepishly admit. This is only my 3rd grow and the first with the Hans Panel. Am I happy with it? I think it's best to let the photos speak for themselves....sorry for the long text. I hope I didn't bore you. P.S. The plants are now 2.7 feet tall. - All photos with LED on lowest setting so you can actually see the photos
