White rice, black beans, and pork roast my friend.

My mother made an amazing flan too.

Last time we talked I had a drink with you lol
That sounds great. Would like to learn some of your family tips and tricks as far as that pork goes.
I'm a sucker for food like that.

Well what's wrong with having a drink with me?

I mean besides having other human beings life in your hands on a daily basis what could possibly go wrong having a drink with this poor young guy?

Start off like we did by buying $1,000 houses & do 6 months worth of grows there while getting the house ready to rent then move the grow op to a new $1,000 house & start over , you can run 8 flood tables in a 200 amp service home ,after a few yrs you'll have dozens of low $ rentals you can then dump & invest into high end rentals , thats where the real money is .

I just flipped a house i paid $16,000 for & put another $17k into for $72,000 last month , nearly $40k profit for 3 months work .
Awesome. I'm looking to invest my ill-gotten gains into some RE flipping. May I ask, where are you finding these $1000 houses? I was thinking my strategy would be to find folks that are about lose their homes back to the bank, pay their arrearage, give them maybe $5k cash to move and to sign the deed over to me and just keep making their mortgage payments. I'd love to hear how you're doing it, thanks!

Just playing. I think. So what the hell you do on your nights off?
I take care of myself, my dog, my home.

I don't go out. I barely drink. I like to smoke weed lol.

I don't really do much, I'm pretty boring. I stay very busy but as a friends calls it, I live the old man life at 25 years old.

I enjoy my gardening and cooking. I like keeping my home clean, and working on translating that over to my car.

I read a lot. Like a shit ton. From medical and scientific journals to fiction and bibliographies, I'm constantly reading.

Haha sometimes on my nights off I get called into work lol

Maybe we should take this to random jibber jabber before we hijack more than we already have?

Sorry Odanksta

Hey! From the thread title I was expecting something different. Like the time I was in the post office and a pair of my dirty knickers jumped out the bag.

4 weeks into 12:12 isn't too bad but a week is a long time.

I wouldn't work with anyone except my bf. I did a project years ago and it resulted in me going around there and taking half my plants and finishing off with a phonecall from the Russians. The dude saw me in a weed club since and ran out. This was years ago.

Just don't work with others if you can help it. I'll work with my bf and that's it.

When i was coming up back in the UK the guy teaching me pretty much said the only other person that ever ever ever needs to be involved (if at all) is whoever provides you the house, either owner or letting agent and keep that guy happy. That meant i had to learn all the eleky, construction and basically not sleep for days at harvest time, just you and the machine. Pretty sure with what ive learnt to date i could build a house with a bit of guidance and some machinery.

In LEGAL Colorado, these rules have changed. One can now reasonably expect to find honest, knowledgeable, hard-working people willing to bust ass to make the grow a success. They do expect to be fairly compensated for their efforts.

They also make great friends.

I don't live too far from you and if you ever need any help, I'm there.

In fact I may be PMing you in the coming weeks regarding houses and stuff, I'm thinking about purchasing my first.
No sweat i'd be glad to point you in the right direction , most $1,000 houses can be ready to rent with about $5k put into them .

Not trying to be a dick but thats the worst plan ever , you never want to buy an inhabited house or pay back taxes for current owners, you'll play hell getting them out & when they do leave its in a U Haul full of the plumbing , furnace & anything else not nailed down , then tear up the lawn with the truck .

Allways buy foreclosed homes that have been vacant atleast 90 days so the ex owner looses interest in getting even .

Best place to start looking is HUD's official website , not one of those pay for a list sites but the real hud site , enter the zip code & bid on any home you want , you can submitt bids lower than starting bid & know in 24 hours if you won the house , if you dont want to fuk around makin appointments with realtors do like i did , get a good set of bump keys & you can open any door lock made to check the houses out .

A realtor friend of mine turned me on to bump keys , they all use em .
