Something on stems !!!

I'm a 1st time grower and I have 4 beautiful girls...I've noticed some sort of a growth or a parasite on the stems...They look like weed seeds cut in half and they are a amber/brownish in color...The smaller ones are the same color of the stem...I use tweezers to remove them daily...Also my girls are in their 6th week of flowering...Is this something I should be concerned about ??? I would appreciate in information anyone has on this...Thanks !!! ps...I've posted a few pictures of what they look like after I've removed them...

That is definately fucked up. I even tried a search on google to find something, but nothing came up. Maybe they are male flowers? :S Bump Bump

Yes it is fucked up...I can't find anything either...They are not males, I have one male in a seperate room...I going to starting my drying process in a couple of weeks... I have pics of my girls in my album if you would like to take a look at them...And thanks for your attempt to help !!!

Yea lucky for me...Well I'm gonna keep plucking them off...cause this just started about 3 weeks ago and I'm almost ready to start my drying process !!! Once agian thanks a heep dude !!!
