yeah what kind of media?
i assume your feeding? if you are chances are thats the issue.. seedlings carry enough food in the shell for almost 14 days so that it doesnt require food when first planted and depnding on the media you may have excessive food in it for seeds or you may be feeding when you should just be watering.. either way don't kill it thats stupid they are totally fine just let everyone know if your feeding or not and whats your media.. it looks like your in a coco with the fibers i see but it may be promix.. who knows ..

for future reference heres a seed starting thread.. its done for a longer veg using our soil system but you can just use all coco loco and do a bit less veg time in the cups.. either way its fool proof no burns... just water. http://www.kindsoil.com/seed-starting.html

Im new in growing this is my bubblegum from serious seed and i think i have a same problem with my orange bud-dutch passion.I have biobizz lightmix soil and biobizz nutes (root-juice,biogrow,biobloom,bioheaven,topmax,algamic.).I feed it with root-juice,bioheaven and biogrow in secound week just like biobizz feeding schedule says.And i dont understand biobizz how is with ph.Because my tap water have 8.5ph then i low it with organic ph controler Plagron lemon kick.But i dont have elecronic ph just GHE pH TEST KIT.I dont know is pH or nutrient burn or mybe deficiency

There's no possible way it's deficient. The seeds too young for that. Stop feeding it it doesn't need food. That's the issue right now give it a few clean water feeds with zero chemicals it will rebalanceIm new in growing
