Somewhat new grower here.!!!

I recently have picked up some seeds the list is

15- Northern Lights 5 seeds
4- Auto Flowering Mango
3- SKunk x Northern lights 5 x ak-47
8- Big bud x Ak-47
3-Atuo flowering Ak-47
6 Hearty Herb x Ak-47

These seeds were made from a friend that i know, the hearty herb is his own strain and i believe the mango is also.

Im somewhat experience this will be my second grow, my first one failed due to the animals around the area either stepping/eating the plants, i would go out and find the plant completely broken in half or just eating off with only a stem popping out of the ground, this year i plan to add chicken wire around the plant to ensure safety.

The light i plan to be using until i get my t5 high output

is just a normal 4 foot t12 4 bulb fluorescent, 40 watt bulbs so a total of 160watts.

i only plan to keep the plants indoor until about 7-8 weeks into vegetative growth then im gonna throw them into the outdoors until there ready. i will have a fan on them at all times.

im in the ohio/michigan area

Any one have any tips or anything they wanna say?

i have to say that me and my partner are on a budget here so please no recommendation for a 400 watt hps, that only makes my mouth water.

ok so i finished germinating some seeds,
i germed 5 northern light 5 in soil about half inch down with the soil wet, 4-1-10
i also germed 5 more in a paper towel, i took 2 peices of paper towel folded it twice then got soaked ringed them so they werent dripping, i placed one on a plate placed 5 seeds on top then placed the other peice on top of the seeds, i then put the paper towels ina zip n steam bag by ziplock, 4-2-10
il keep this updated

ok i tried a 3 rd method using a half cup of water with a few drops of hydrogen peroxide, i dropped 3 beans in theres, they should be sprouted over night..

ok so yesterday i got 3 bags of good organic potting soil, id say about 15 percent perlite in it.
All of the seeds that i germed in the container and the soil grew roots, there still in darkness, out of the 3 seeds that i have germed using the water in the cup method with an extra drops of hydrogen peroxide it it, they soaked pretty much, i planted in straight to the soil and it grew a small tail of a root, and also i placed 2 in the napkin i it germed inside the napkinn The other method i tried was the paper towel method, it worked great, all but one grew a tail, only has so far done nothing. i then placed the little beans with his tail inside the potting mix i bought,i lightly covered them, i watered and then sat back into complete darkness. now earlier in the day i also put 3 long tailed girls inside the potting mix in the container and now they are under a 24/0 light cycle. the light as of right now is a double bulb 40 watt t12 fixture, yes simple but kinda on a budget with the light and seeds and all the other stuf needed to buy. I might have to add another light as it is, i i just might invest with some cfl's for some more lights...

here are some pictures of what i got
