Hi guys

Sorry if this has been posted im on my phone and its hard to go into all the posts.. now my girls are nearly 3 weeks from seed. In coco out in my balcony. They are looking great (i think) i am familiar with some bugs like thrips and i have been reading about white flys. There are deffo some white things flying around they are tiny but so far i see no damage to the plant. I have read about a few natural remedies and i will be going to grow shop tomoz for other bits.. but i am wondering how i can detect the harmful pests from the natural pests that i am sure to find growing outdoors. I am a little scared of diving right in with bug sprays etc especially when the babies are so small.
Ive taken a few pics. Comments welcomed please.
Sorry i should mention they are blue cheese autos. Am i being a neurotic mother of nature??

Advice appreciated.

they are prob .nats . they lay eggs in the soil , harmless, if your soil is always moist they thrive. so let the soil dry out some before watering. if that's the case very common
