SOS help! Mayday!

Hey everyone.

Need some serious help here.

Suspected that a hot premix I bought was causing nutrient lockout, then I transplanted them into bigger pots and severally mixed down the hot premix with a 50/50 Coco perlite mix.

Still noticing a soil pH of 7+ in some of my pots and the plants in those are just getting worse. Although I have 3 pots stable at 7 pH, they are slowly showing signs of improving.

I'm attaching some pictures and a video. The ones getting worse, I need to know what it is. There are some signs of light burn and possible wind burn. Hoping to narrow it down.

I've given up on gaining anything but knowledge from these plants now. If I can learn what caused it I can avoid it next time.

I did when I replanted them yes. The original premix contains 3 different Coco's apparently. I mixed it down with just regular Coco/perlite mix

Also forgot to mention. I watered with water at pH 6.5 and once even 6 and still couldn't get my soil pH down.

If you want actual answers you need to take pictures under normal light and give more detailed information on the exact soil mix and what if anything other than water you've been feeding them. Also the environment, you said wind burn but they look to be in a tent. So the more detailed information you give the better help you'll get.

was the added coco pre charged with calmag?how long has it been in the new mix?

Stop watering the pot, water the plant! You cannot expect young roots being able to handle those strong slow release nutrients, so keep the pot dry everywhere but at the base of the plant and water with 1/2 cup of water every third day. And don't worry, the outward fibrous roots will still flourish cause even watering just around the base of the plant the plant will feed every part of the plant, even the roots in the dry part of the medium. And you do that to limit the amount of slow release nutrients the plant can uptake, which you should do when you got little babies growing in those pots!
