Just to be clear they are a very stand-up company. I have never had any major issues, my orders always have shown up, and will order from them in the future. I am just bummed that I missed out because of their server or whatever and then I asked for help from them thru email and they just never responded. Just straight up sucks for me that's all.
Every other time, and that's 4 times lol, their site worked fine and they always emailed back quickly. Weekend or no weekend. Just slightly pissed/bummed that their were problems during this killer promo with no response to my email.
If SOS is reading this my email said something like, "Hello I am trying to make a pretty decent order for the promo. It seems that on payment/order transfer I am not able to get to SagePay/checkout for some reason. Tried on both computers mac and PC."
For some reason no response and that's not normal from them as I stated previously.
