I think he was being a bit sarcastic as your thread is labeled SOS (which translates to HELP)
...then you say "How do" which is not a complete sentence or thought...you need to expand on what it is you are looking for answers
as for your pic's....try taking pic's without the lights on and include the whole plant, and let us know how/what you are growing
