Sould I remove the pins from 'schrooms?

This is my 2nd grow, and I have a question.
2 out of 6 jars colonized quicker than the others, and have developed a few pins, 1 being kinda big.
I'm taking them out of their jars tonight to soak and tomorrow I'll roll them and send them off.
Do I cut the large pins off, or any pin for that matter, and just roll over them in the vermiculite, or leave them alone?
I was thinking about cutting the large one off and eating that baby. Good idea?

No leave them alone if possible; they might grow a lot bigger in a fruiting chamber. Try to roll the verm around the pins if you can. Of course if they fall off the cake you may as well munch them.

Grab one and start a new culture with it. Then you will have a myc run of easy pinning culture.
