soundproofing a veg cab??

ok i posted a thread asking for some advice on making a stealth cab, was a bit vague and just looking for general tips maybe thats why i didn't get any responses .

anyway right now i'm trying to figure out what is best for sound proofing it, looking for something easy to manage that i can just put up inside on the cab walls like a foam sheet or something, i've seen subcool recommend celotex on breedbay which looks like it could do the job, he also said is is uv reflective

would like some more opinions anyone used this or any other things, i've bought some mylar as well so either looking for something reflective and sound proof like the celotex or just something soundproof that i can put the mylar over
