Sour Diesel growing touching 150 hps, no more room, HELP

Tie it down "LST" and/or top it.

You probably do not need to top, you can try your best to tie her down using any LST method you wish, in my grow I had to turn to supper cropping (HST) and have the main stems basically droop down to the lower canopy.

Where exactly do you tie it tol hold it down? to another stem on the tree?

You could do something as simple as tie one end of string to main stem and the other end to a rock (any weight) and place so it bends just enough to where you want it.

This should work fine; but make sure your using string that is quite thick, you do not want thin string as the plant will fight the string to get back into the light and may get cut.

Heres one I did a while back... string and rock. easy

I use 'jute' string, basicly it is a string sold for tying up tomatoes and has a test strength of 7lbs and is kinda coarse but not abrasive. I've also run into space problems as expected the plants to double not triple in height. I took to bending the branches over, kinda sounds scary when they make a large 'snap', but it wil just form a knuckle where you bent it over. For the next few days I push down on the limb as it natrually tries to reach for the light. A thing to remember is that you don't want to bend it too far down below the rest of the canopy as the plant gets confused on what is supposed to be the main cola and puts its flowering effort to the bud sites that are higher up.
In my cabinet I've used string to the walls and attached with a piece of duct tape, ofcourse I have painted walls. I've also run ties back down to my flowering container, a few holes drilled into just the nonessential lip of containers and planters provides an excellent place to tie to.
My current grow is touching the light in a few places and the link is in my sig........

I really dont think there is room to bend it in any direction because the tent is so small and the tree is so damn big. Would cutting the tops hurt it at this time?

just take the top branches and break em over just grab it and bend till it breaks over will recover just fine will just stay bent and top will curve back up to the light rember its just a weed they go through all kinds of shit in their natural habitat outdoors i do it with all my strains wich are sativas and and it even helps the yeild alot lets the bottom branches grow up to the light while the top recoops and also i think everyone always forgets that these are stressed induced plants the more stress the more trics with out killing em of course i mean we spend tons of money on final finish food wich basicly all it does is trick the plant into thinking its dying by nute stressing so just break em twist em tie em down just make em fit love em and then enjoy.good luck

Sour Diesel is very,very hardy you can twist and bend that girl almost any way you want she can take it! I personally use velcro plant ties, I wrap one in a ring around the stem slip the line on the velcro, then you don't have to worry bout the lines digging into the branches.
Then I'd probably F.I.M. it so it will grow a little more lateral too.

dont cut just break over !!!! they will be just fine if you do that. you cut n you loose everything you worked for.

In the link in my sig for the current grow in the last two sets of pictures you can see where I bent the main stem over 'SNAP' is what I heard You can see exactly what is going to happen to your plant as it forms a knuckle.

You could also put a hole in the top of the pot, thread string through n tie it down with that
