yeah hmmmm im not fully electrican just work for my uncle doing that shit id say it could be a problem is it a normal plug and what kind of gage line is running to it if its 110 v ur ballast is pull 10 volts over than what its supose to id get 220 so it dont back feed and burn ur electric line right out and start a fire

always let ur system run 4 a while wthout plants in it with no evidence in ur house/apartment/etc. so u know the probs ur system may have, who's nosey and what people have to say about ur electric bill spike, and if ur house will burn down or ur electric wiring is all in order

yeah it sounds right, if you have a 120v ballast, then all you would have in the bathroom is 110/120 lines, if you had a 240v ballast then that would have been a bigger deal, cause you would have to run that line off the subpanel at best or off a dryer outlet at worst. you would save a lil money too by running at 240v over 120v as well. sounds ok tho

yeah true, i am going to switch to 240v, i have to have some more work done though if i want to do that, but its worth it....i will post some more uplcose pics of the buds today or tomorrow morning, they are getting extra frosty!!! and lots of yellow leaves....

no need to spend the time to switch. that is an uneccessary chore. you can run up to 1500watts on a typical household breaker. keep in ming there may be one breaker for several rooms. breaker are what stop fires from happenning. also keep in mind you said yours was run off the bathroom which should have a gfi outlet. this setup will be fine even when you add your 400w next time. but the electricity bill is very high. 1000w should only affect your bill by 35 bucks or so depending on what your elec co. charges. life is good, leave the setup as it is. and keep consious of the other appliances you may be running in your house (a/c). late

ps- yellowing leaves means you are getting close.

thanks guys, well i will try to take some more pics with better resolution, its just the flash is so bright on my camera that it make it blury if i get too close, and i took those pics during dark hours, so i will take some more without the flash during light hours with 1000w of light. DO MY BUDS LOOK UP TO PAR??? AND SHOULD I FLUSH 1 MORE TIME BEFORE I CHOP??? and before i chop i should let them sit in darkness for 48hrs?

you could let it go another week if you want some really stony shit, just keep watering it. there is no need to actually "flush" the soil. just use water when you feed them. but chop it when the crystals are 40-50% amber. thats how i do it. late. looking good

and no dont do 48 hrs dark, the light makes it continue to grow and mature until the day you chop em.

i think they say it forces ur plants to exude all the resin it can to protect itself or somethng

others say if u give like 24-72hrs of darkness just b4 flowering it makes the transition easier

to each their own i guess

AND START SOME NEW CLONES SATURDAY AFTER I CUT THEM DOWN, IM THINKING ABOUT GDP, OR FLAT TOP PURPLE, I REALLY LIKE GDP....ANY SUGGESTIONS??? IM GOING PICK THEM UP AT 1 OF THE DISPENSARIES...ANY STRAIN SUGGESTIONS?? IM GOING TO DO ABOUT 10 CLONES THIS TIME...THAT SHOULD BE OK WITH THE 1000W HPS RIGHT??? :leaf: I WILL TAKE SOME MORE PICS AFTER I CHOP 2MRW...AND WEIGH IT!
