South Texas gets Busted

Hell Yeah, Part.1 completed. Now the getting back my 1,000 watt HPS light, track lighting system, heating pad, etc. Then Criminal Charges, then Civil. They KILLED my Babies!!!!! Too Coward to show up at Court. Oh, yeah, I need to exhaust remidies, file complaint with the IAD & the Justice Dept..... then Civil. 5 to 50 LB charge, no Takers to admit the truth. I'm celebrating.....Was Stoned in Court,,,,, The Edge Off.

if you didnt understand you shouldnt have commented on it. instead you just have to try and make someone feel bad about themselves... im sure it all makes sense if you out it into the right context

I'm sure I'll get ripped for this, but after reading this whole thread, I have to call "Bullshit"
In my opinion, there never was any bust (just like there wasn't really a driving arrest) and that
this was just a way to spout a whole bunch of jailhouse rhetoric, and tell everyone how cool you are by
going against "Barney Fife" and the "Law Dogs".
What county are you in, i'll look it up. Then I may apologize, or not.

That's what most ppl do online, give away their personal info so wackjobs can look em up and steal their crop. Sound Reasoning.
 
awesome for SoTex if its all true, one funny thing about your story is how fast your past few court dates have occured, i have never had a court date within 3 months of another, usually further apart, but ya cool story if true

Sorry, but this story is full of holes. When "Barney" rolled up and saw 15 plants, were they all around your front door on the outside?
Or did you open your door so wide that he could see them in your house? Either way, makes no sense. 1000's of seeds? what for? your only growing
15-100 plants. Why grow seeded pot that the cops "Planted themselves" during their investigation. 100 acres? You own? And your getting a public defender?
No way. Why not give a real lawyer all your dough to keep you from "10"? Whats worth more? Who else is living at your house and what danger are they in?

Same info, 10 different responses. Thanks to all the clear minded Folks. For some answers, I live alone. That's who I put at risk. My house is 1/4th mile from entry gate - not plain sight. (As I have said.) For Security's sake, I delayed info on Court Dates, but since Sept, there was 3 total... 'Discovery, Motions, etc. How stupid would it be to hire an Atty. when I "Obvisously" didn't need one. It took 3 days shy of one full year to ask one question & show one picture (the entry gate) to the right Law Dog at the right time, (In front of a Judge). From 2 years of constant growing, I had LOTS of seeds. The Texas Law says they can take & keep them... (The Penal Code). Oh Well. I do want to check the back newpaper issues & get a copy of the "Bust Story", for my Portfolio. It's time to leave this County. Too many 'Friends'.
It was all a bunch of stupid BS. I AM excited about the next grow. On 9-11, I ripped out my 09 grow, 30 Ladies. Fucking Deer Hunter set up a feeder close to the grow. Biggest Lady was 8 1/2 ft. tall, just starting to flower. "Easy Sativa". Once again, Thanks Guys. And Y'all be nice..... or leave.
Now, I can show the gate, where it all begin. All 5 Officers "didn't notice" the sign. My house is way in the back of pic.

Thats a chain and a pad lock. I was under the impression it was a spring driven gate with an auto-latching hasp.

Also, I would have been more upset with me calling your BS. Oh well, glad your not in jail or prison. NO ONE should be there for growing a plant.
