Southeast virginia. Growing tent question

Simple question. I would like to set up a couple grow tents outside under a awning next to our toolshed. Would the outside temperatures affect the tents on the inside?

I've never heard of someone using grow tents outside. Maybe consider a greenhouse, and ditch the tent altogether? Save a ton of money on lighting too.

True. I just really like the idea of controlling as much as I can. I cant keep it in the house because of odor issues. We have someone living with us and odors trigger their lung issues.

of coarse the outside air would affect tent temp.

is ludicrous to put plants outside under free sun (the best possible light) then put them in a tent and run grow lights.
this is a terrible idea on multiple levels

where do you fart then
when you cook there is no odour?
sounds like your getting owned by someone who doesnt want you to grow weed

Running a tent indoors with a good carbon filter as long as you are sensitive about what strains you grow can be nearly odorless. Trust me.

Not at all. It's my fiance's mothers property. And she is immune compromise as well as numerous lung issues. She smells smoke of any kind she has issues breathing. Same with dust and strong odors. I dab only anyway. I plan on growing to turn it all into butter or wax. I just dont want to cause her any issues.

Somewhat understand your dilemma. Got started just recently in the garage. Back in to it from many years back.
Temperatures in South East Virginia are all over the place as you well know.
Garage is bad enough. Don’t see outside tent as a good option. Built a partial greenhouse. To be able to control massive rains and humidity that occur in our area. 4 Zkittlez about 5 weeks plus.
good luck.
treat em like you would like a tomato to grow. Tend your garden and be patient
