Space heater heating

Grow room was running cold at night, so i bought this yoke to heat it up a bit:

It uses a fan to blow the air around the room. However the grow room is only about 1' x 2' with two plants so there's not a whole lot of room. I'm starting to think that the air immediately in front of the fan is far too warm compared to the rest of the room.
Anyone else have a problem with this? How do you deal with it?

15C (59F).
Have it sorted now, I thought that was the smallest heater they had, didn't spot the 450W oil filled convection one. Seems to be a better job. Heats the room more evenly.
Sorts out the night time humidity too.

I use something almost exactly like the image below, I cover the LED's to ensure no light comes from the unit at night time.. these little heaters are great because they have their own thermostats. Mine has 3 settings low med high, and the thermostat setting for when it comes on and goes off. I leave it on the low settings all the time, I put my wattage device on it, on the low setting it uses 225 watts or less. The automatic on off via built in thermostat is why I got this unit, have been using it for 5 years not 1 problem.
