Special Queen

just completed 3 special queens from royal queen seeds ,under 9 42 wat cfls ,ffof soil , nute/ super nova ,dark energy, bud n bloom mollasses last 3 weeks.cab dimensions/38''x28''x5' 1 bath fan 150 cfm for exhaust into attic small 6'' fan blowing over plants and lites 3'' passive intake in ac room temps stayed at around 78 degrees reflective emergency blankets from kmart. 6 weeks of veg plants went into flower at around a foot stretched to 2and a half feet total in 1st 4 weeks topped at 4th node in veg kept lites super close (1 inch usual) made for really tight nodes 1st couple weeks of flower moving lites up 2'' per day.Around day 58 of flower harvested 2 at 50% cloudy trichs few amber got 21 and 26 dry weight .let the last 1 go another 10 days and harvested 61 grams dry should of let all 3 go the extra. learning exp.Smoke is was excellent and easy to grow stayed pretty lush green all through flowering(nothing beats fox farms soil)nice high highly reccomend,never heard of special queen before but glad i got them very nice(free)next grow 2 taigas ,hypnotic,blue hash, critical plus and a burmese kush.

Hellow' I am in my 6th week of flowering special queen #1, alot of the top buds look like the hairs are 80% orange but not that big yet, the lower buds are still growing and havent changed color' should I let them go another 2 weeks before harvesting the top buds or trim them let the lower ones grow another couple of weeks?

I just finsihed growing Special Queen # 1 under a 400 Watt MH & HPS set up for y very first grow. In the start my plants changed yellow tint abit here and there and i was worreid but they pulled through and I got an ounce per plant of dried cured bud. I took some leaves from certain plants as somebody told me to but i realized now that the plants I left the leaves on until they fell off produced more bud. I took down 2 plants at 7 weeks and got 46 grams dried. Then I let the other 3 go to just over 8 weeks and I got just over an ounce per plant dried. I got close to 5 ounces dried for my first grow with the Special Queen Feminised Seeds. I cloned a couple and I now have a mother plant that I will be taking from. I was very happy with the final result, the bud is very nice and it is a clean smoke, dense buds with good weight, alot of crystals and red hairs, very stinky when busted up and sticky. I would rate this strain atleast a 8 out of 10! A+
