There ate 2 sk one is too high high to be seen and off to the right side ( not in the pic) has a gavita. Im just showing the sk plants. Why the hell do u gotta disect my picture and talk shit. When i expected felliw growers to so NICE PLANTS . but no everyone is so political. Im just showing a light that kick ass nothing more. Damn man im really just showin my grow for the first time ever and now i regret it. I dont like to explain myself and it is beyond ridiculous to call me a liar.

Them flowers are now day 29 i checked the calender again. I dont need a calender anyway. I know my strains and they are rite on par for the start of week5 . just appreciate a good farmer

top is sk400+ bottom is hps ..same strain same time frame...
note:
they are all at 10hrs on because i have some hard to keep from bolting sativas in the room
i think the buds all would be bigger..normally i do12 hrs but they were all done like that this time..

LED high bays work a lot better without the reflector but with good side reflection all around. You pretty much need enclosed chambers, like grow tents. Those reflectors were designed for use in high bay lighting, not plant growth.

the 90 degree sk does not spread out a lot especially at 18"..
and it was on the plants..i felt that was ok
..secondary reflection i do not think was the problem..though it would be welcomed
i would take the sk reflector off but its a bit daunting..right now anyway
the two 250w 70w bridgelux cob highbays i had made had no reflector..
yeh i like the spread of them because i can get closer..
but i have not flowered with those

U started the mud slinging by calling me a liar. I have nothing aginst u im sure ur a good grower too. Im just showing my garden not start a contest. If i offended u i apologise. Just dont doubt my word. Cause i take that seious

i am not offended..i just wish my sk 400+ woulda done better..of course i will eventually give flowering with it another shot..

if you can grow colas that size that also have a second flush of pistils in 4wks.12/12 with an sk400+..

then you sure are doing something better than i am....perhaps everything woulda been ok at

the normal 12 hrs on...ie.the hps buds should have been bigger but the sk ones you can see

are diminuative..and it did nothave to do with any lack of penetration..it was the same from

head to toe ..but crazy resinous

and yes..it was not poilte of me to suggest your plants were further along than they were advertised....

so regardless of any impressions i had i should have taken you at face value.. ..

i apologise for that..

Much appreciated. If u give the sk another shot. There is a certin meathod to using it. At least my meathod works. Trust me im shockd with these results too. Its only my second run with em but they produced crazy good last time too. Did u have the 400 series or the 400+ just wondering?

I run co2 at 1300 ppm. I guess the plants like the sk with the co2. I run my temps at about 79. Humidity between40 and 50 % I keep it warm so the plants can utilize the co2 better. Mini split ac , and a 70 pt dehumidifier. Along with the sentinel chhc-1. My environment is about as dialed in as possible. It helps being hvac certified

All u gotta do to make the sk preform better is up the temp in the room. Led dont grow the same as hps. The plants get raident heat from hps which the plants love especially with co2. I own gavitas and sk s and with all honesty the sk wins. Not in yield but shit its really close. And the only reason the gavita yields a little more is because it has a even 4×5 spread. I get 2 per with the gavita but im approaching them numbers fast with the sk. And the sk quality is killin the hps hands down. Im bout to build me a badass cob light also. I love playing around wirh these lights

So you are posting pics of the plants under one light, but have three in there. Which means you have tons of overlap, especially from that gavita. Which mean the sk probably isn't doing all of the legwork. Definitely producing well under it though. Plants look good, but you can't really say this is how 1 sk 400 works as you have ~2k watts in there.

No i have 2 sk and one gavita. They way my room is setup like an L two sk side by side and one gavita running the other way against another wall.its hard to explain. The gavita is too far away to really overlap. Yes some light hits a couple plants slightly. But the pic is from a plant under the sk that is not affected by the gavita. Anyway the plants getting ONLY sk light are bigger and better. U cant convince me that the hps is the reason the sk is working so good. Ive been doin this to long. These lights kick ass period
