It's a dns error, in some locations periodically at the moment your isp tries to read a cahced version of the site which reads off the old ip the site used be on before we switched servers., I have spent countless amounts of time trying to get this sorted with the techs at the hosting company, but I just get fobbed off with something every time and nothing seems to get done about it.
I appologize that you can't get on and I it makes me more frustrated than you that this error keeps popping up.

if your using mozzila firefox you can try clicking on tools, then options, then the advanced section then click on network and there should be an option to clear the cache, that may well help.

try the site at a different time of day. for some reason its usually down for me in the evenings.
speedy you should tell your hosting provider that you are going to drop em if they can't provide you with the service you are paying for.
it would mean hours of transferring files but I imagine you must be missing out on alot of sales.
ps any chance you could look into re-stocking some querkle? sub chopped some a few weeks ago and it should be available now. thx bro.
