idk exactly know how i feel about this yet. as long as its like $50,000 or they don't let just anyone buy it, its pretty nifty but if this tech ends up on walmart shelves..... idk

There is much more to combat than simply making a kill shot when necessary. Often just getting in position is more physically and mentally exhausting than most human beings can handle. It is from that prospective that this technology becomes an asset on the battlefield.

i agree. this tech doesn't certify that we can pluck joe tuesday off saginaw street and expect him to be a recon sniper. I do think however that like a silencer, in a NON combat situation, it would allow joe tuesday to do some pretty crazy stuff.

Class 3 license or whatever would probably be a good idea for this tech IMO.

also i think that in a survival situation this tech becomes invaluable. as long as the electrical drain isn't too much the ammo savings could be well worth it.

The whole "Gun doesn't fire when you pull the trigger" is probably the downfall of this tech IMO. i don't wanna shoot a gun that i gotta hold the trigger and it just fires when i finally aim it right????? seems very weird to me. traditional aim and fire when ready seems much more appealing.
