Spider Farmer 4k

My first post so please be kind. Is this light ro much or will it be good in a 2by2 grow tent.

A spider farmer 4k is 1.5 meters by 1.4 meters,thats way tobig for a 2 by 2

It the sf4000 ot will just fit but will it be to much light...thanks

If you can fit it in there just dim it you will have excellent coverage.

After some googling, thats exactly what i came up with. Dimmed will be fine.youshould have great coverage and produce some real nice buds. Plus your useing it dimmed so it will last you way longer then one on full power

Plus you can upsize your area to a 3x3, maybe a 4x4 whenever you feel like it and not have to get another light

Thanks for the responses, I should have joined this forum a few months back before my first grow. I ended up getting thrips inside a 3by3 which I still have on my balcony but worried it will happen again. Probably happened due to the 107 f I hit during the heatwave ? I would love to do it in that tent again.

I just got sun cheap soap that kicked thrips ass in 1-2 sprays. Haven’t had em since.
But I agree. That light dimmed would be perfect for you. Under the right circumstances you can grow premium top shelf flower

Ok so one more question for now..what size pots for 2by2. Four 5 gallons fit perfect in there but wondered if smaller might be better? Even during the heat wave it took an entire week for the 5 g to dry out...thougjtaybe this might have encouraged the thrips infest. I am attaching some pics from my first attempt

Four 5 gallon pots/plants in a 2x2 tent is three too many
