Can't believe I did a search on spider mites on a marijuana board and didn't get any hits.
I think I've got the little buggers on one of my three plants. This is the same plant that got bud rot a couple of weeks ago. With lots of attention I've saved her from the rot so far. But now I see pale yellow spots on leaves and when I look at the underside I see webs, white egglike things and black specs. I don't see anything moving, but I'm not taking any chances.
I checked around and read that you could spray with the botanical pyrethrin or some other chemicals like Safers Soap or a homemade spice tea. But nobody said whether you could use any of those things while the plant is in bud about a month from harvest, if it survives to harvest.
Pyrethrin is the only thing I can get locally. Can I use it? The problem is effecting only the bottom thrid of the plant and not even all of that.
