You can get rid of them, but it's work.
What I've used in the past is a dilute spray of:
Peppermint Essential Oil
Rosemary Essential Oil,
Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Some kind of surfactant/emulsifier (I usually use Dr Bronners if I can't find anything else)
Roughly ~0.5ml/L of each oil, ~1ml/L emulsifier.
If you're going to spray essential oils, or any oil really, do it right before lights out, minimum of 4-6 hours darkness before turning the lights on or you'll burn your plants badly.
If you're flowering already, there isn't a lot I would spray on them tbh, maybe call it quits & start over or wait it out if you're far along and wash the buds after harvest.
Diligence is key. Remove as many leaves you can find with mites or eggs on them. Spray *under* the leaves, thats where they typically lay their eggs.
