Turn off all the fans. My cabinet is 4ft from my bed, I do the treatment at night during lights off, next day I turn all the fans back on and open a window. The whole purpose is to basically "gas chamber" the area, so no air should be going in or out during treatment.

I used to work in a farm supply store they would hang them right on the racking where they kept the animal feed. Small and limited exposure to the active chemical will not hurt you, hang one up in your bedroom 24/7 with poor ventilation you'll have an issue.

I have insecticidal soap on hand but I hate foliar spraying anything during flower.

At this point, vacuum those assholes off the plant.
Two choices.
vacuum as much as you can and let them leave naturally, keep in mind though nymps (baby mites) in flowers take a while to leave even while hanging they might stil feed on flowers, adult mites will start leaving and climbing up pretty much immidiatly.
Or
Kill them off during flower with treatments and deal with the crackle and pop when you smoke it.

Well I'm harvesting tomorrow so my plan is to do the bud wash and hopefully most of the mites are taken care of.
The bud wash is three 2.5 gallons of Water, the first with room temp water and 3% hydrogen peroxide. The second has hot water with 1/2 cup of baking soda and 1/2 cup lemon juice. The last is just cold water to rinse it all away.
Never tried it before but have heard and seen good things from it. Anyone every do this?

Never tried that exact mixture, but im pretty sure it will only kick most adult mites off the plant for a few days. If it kills eggs and nymps too, then thats pretty good. Otherwise, dont throw anymore plants into flower untill the ENTIRE INSIDE AND OUT has been chemically cleaned and the plants have been 100% treated and inspected in veg for a few weeks. Don't miss a spot! Dont miss a spot! Its not worth 3 months going in the trash! Mites late in flower aren't too bad because they probably never had a chance to reproduce in the flowers before they swell up so you might get away with a wash. Especially if your room was cold late in flower, they could have reproduced slowly.

Yeah I don't know much else to do so I'm hoping this works. I've already started the clean on my other rooms and have some sprays on the way.
They spread to my tangie ghost train in the tent right next to this one unfortunately. Gotta treat that plant now too!

Hey just did the clean on all my buds last night , took about 7 hours to completely finish. Saw a lot of mites washed away hopefully it got the majority of them gone. Will let you guys know how it turns out. Thanks for the help all.
