Spider Mites

How do I battle these pests?
Put 4 or 5 drops of pure liquid soap, ivory is the best IMO as it doesn't clog the pours of the plant like most of the degreaser type soaps, or use insecticidial soap. Spray your plant top and bottome of the leaves. This dissolves the little bastards. After a couple of hours rinse with plain water. Hope this takes care of your problem.

grew once, didnt have a problem with spider mites. i would wipe the rim of the pot with neem oil once a week as per another members suggestion. neither of us had problems. this is not obviously a valid experiment, but intuitively it seems that it should work
