Spiderfarmer (Issues)

Alright, im not having a blast of a day. Customer service from Spiderfarmer is being a smartass for a missing wire they didnt ship on a inline fan. Good thing i never bought there lights and went with Geekbeast. Does anyone have any experience with them?

With Spiderfarmer? Yes, I'd never buy another product from them.

With Geekbeast? Nope.

My grow buddy neighbor bought a Growers Choice ROI 720 and the smart controller for it. Humidity readings started going off. He called customer service. They apologized for the inconvenience and sent 2 replacements out that day free of charge. That's customer service.

I use to live in the U.S, you just cant compare customer service in the U.S to any parts of ASIA. The reason i buy 95% of my stuff still in Amazon, Ebay and U.S shops, and have everything ship to me. Even my Mars Hydro fan stop work8ng in a month, when i got my stupid fan from spiderfarmer i get an ass of a customer sercvice.

I bought a light that cost about 800 with shipping, its been a month so far no priblem yet, hopefully it stay like that so i dont have to deal with any alibaba service. You have bad experience with them?

Yes. The "you get what you pay for" holds true for them.

Iv read multiple reviews on their larger series of lights burning the boards or diodes. Like 3 or 4. Sf4000s.

Also heard they have the worst customer service and read through people who refuse to ever buy their product ever again. I use some of their shit. They’re drivers get warmer than I’d like. But I have no complaints and hope to keep it that way.
