Spidermites what do I do!

One plant I have out side has mites I think they are orange/black tiny bugs and tiny white bugs. Im not putting it inside with mu other two until they are done. So how do I get rid of them and keep them away?

neem oil

1 oz. to 1 gallon of water + few drops of dishwashing liquid Sunlight or Ivory Dishwashing Soap is recommended

i have a copy of Jorge Cervantes medical growers bible. It says that cleanliness is thr most important first step to spider mite control. Keep the growroom and tools spotless and disinfected. It recommends cleaning out the growroom and disinfecting with pesticide and 5% bleach solution. Steam disinfection is also possible but usually too difficult in most situations. I personally haven't dealt with spider mites but thought i'd share some of my reading. Hope it helps. Best of luck and let us know what works if you get this under control. Also, neem oil is mentioned as well as a product called tanglefoot. Pyrethrum is an aerosol spray and is said to be the best natural miticide.

you'd be better off never bringing in the invected plant as they are impossible to irradicate, the best you can hope for is keeping them suppressed until you are able to harvest.

Im so sad this plant is getting ate up. Where can u get neem oil? Im just scared thdy will come back

Not sure where you are, but I know pretty much any of the major hardware store chains in the US will have it. Also, any local gardening shop or grow shop would have it.

is it flowering? are you close to harvest at all? i would spray with something.

If you grow on a big scale your best bet would be to use co2. If you cant afford that and your plants are close to harvest use your hands to remove them and hang upside down when drying, they crawl to the top 90 % of the time where you can easily kill them. If they are vegging with out buds you could always give them a shower. ive revived a few plants doing that.

honestly ive been dealing with a spider mite problem for a few weeks. i asked this same question and had people saying this and that, mostly chemicals. i havent had the money to buy anything so ive just been looking under my plants canopy and killing them if i see them. and no joke i havent seen any for days.

its less than 10 bucks. its basically a bug bomb so im just going to keep it in a room for a few days. it will kill everything in the room.
you dont have to go spend a ridiculous amount on a chemical.

Neem oil works well, but I find horticultural oil is just as effective. Also, it's practically odorless and unlike neem oil, it isn't absorbed by your plants. You can pick some up at most gardening stores for under $10. Because horticultural oils evaporate quickly and aren't absorbed, you can use them throughout flowering without harming yourself or your buds. Though I personally never spray anything on my plants the last couple weeks before harvest, horticultural oil is absolutely safe to both consume and inhale. Just make sure to use a highly refined vegetable-based horticultural oil and not a petroleum based one. Whether you choose to use neem oil or a horticultural oil, make sure to spray the entire plant, especially the undersides of the leaves. This is mostly where the mites feed, build their webbing, and lay their eggs. You will also need to spray at least twice to truly eradicate these little bastards. Good luck. You'll need it.

Neem Oil, or Horticulural Oils.. Liquid Ladybug looks like it works great but ive never used it myself, so i cant attest for results....

I use the old hippie method. Dish soap in water and a spray bottle. I spray the hell out of them . I also make sure to have my two fans blowing at all times so I don't have to worry about mold.( I do turn the fans off for a few minutes while I spray the soapy solution ) . I do this out of habit as young clones and I haven't seen spider mites in 4 consecutive harvests. Prevention and a clean room.

buy neem from asian shops. or no pest strips will clear them foor a while but they will come back, and natural predators do work as well, but they like an environment that may not suit your growing technique. try a fast finishing strain then the mites will not have much time to establish, a fast indica or something. higher humidity and colder temperature also keep them down, but you might get bud rot as well, its a bastard, but you just have to learn to live with them

Assuming your plants are still vegging:
lukewarm tap water with some palmolive or other dish soap in there.
spray it on the leaves, make sure to get top and bottom thoroughly. Dont be afraid to get in there and rub the leaves with your fingers.
should get rid of them.

Ok awesome im gonna try the water and dish soap. And i have no idea what shes in veg or flower I had to set her on my balcony awhile back cuz my other plants got too tall to fast and blocked her light. Its doing better outside its very odd to me. She sexed last week so im assuming she is barely in flower now? Idk.

Organic pest spray.
Organic pest spray.
-2 garlic cloves(Remove skin)
-1 lemon (squeeze juice)
-Vinegar (bout a 1/4 cup)
-Hot sauce (pref. Tabasco)[10 Drops]
-H20 (bout a cup)
Mix all ingredients listed above into a blender and blend very well.
Then strain all excess material leaving only the juice.
Pour into a spray bottle! WAHLAH!
Note; If juice looks too red water down the solution.

Apply to underside of leaves or where infection on pest is spray every day until you see desired results.
