Hey guys I just transplanted my big girl about two hours ago and while training I split it down the friggin main stalk about an inch. I taped it up then a bit later plugged up the hole with honey and now as I said a few hours later, she looks pretty normal. A few leaves are starting to sag a little but it's late afternoon and they normally do that once the sun's gone anyway, but no branches have dropped she seems to be holding her own pretty sturdy branches up , so did I dodge the bullet here or could she still be effed when I go out tomorrow?

tied extremely tight, doused with honey the wound will seal in due time. i hope you poured a liberal amount. i went through the same thing this year with a dream lotus plant. damn dog ran underneath & snapped a branch. i poured a good amount of honey on the split, wound some half inch fabric around it, and it was good to go. dont use twine as it works but it cuts in the bark as it grows wider & stronger.

Probably only used a tablespoon of honey lol it was like 10 mins later I just went out and put honey on top to plug it up. Looks fine today so I think it worked :)
