MH will work but you find that towards the end of treatment that your relief won't be quite as good as it could be.

9k=

hahaha LOL

anyway good luck . you probably just pulled a muscle

guys my back hurts maybe i carry something heavy i don't remember but now i walk like a 90 years old and i have to tie towel too tight around waist. maybe some of you been in this situation before what do i do now my knees hurts because of the funny walk

Yep, my wife had that too, it was her L5 disk that was ruptured...out patient surgery fixed it, it took 4 hours and now she feels fine...g/l

The trick when lifting is to completely take your legs out of the situation, then jerk your back with a quick twisting motion while you pickup the 599lb box.. The faster you do the jerking motion with your back the higher you will throw the box above your head, and the less it will hurt.

Ok let's see if I can help.

Do you have any problems with your bowel and/or bladder control after you injury, or any tingling down the side of your leg?

If neither of these are true, then alternate ice and heat for 20 min each several times a day first 24 hours then heat the next 48. 72 hours after initial injury if you have none of the symptoms I asked about then get up and start exercising.

Look at doing core strengthening techniques. Your spine will thank you. Do these regularly and do not stop.
