Spots on leafs

hi im new to growing and im having a little problems i have 2 plants that have this brown stuff with yellow leaves and another plant with spots me and my buddy cant find no mites or bugs so i dont know i just started growing these clones last week havnt used any nutrients yet

I believe that is pH problems, but am not sure about that.

i have been giving them tap water and i tested it at 6.5 i am waiting for them to dry up so i cant start giving them nutrients im hoping they turn around then also does anybody know a good nutrient to feed? thanks

1. Is your pH pen calibrated? 2. Have you tested the TDS of the tap? It could be very hard water and the minerals are causing your plant to show stress signs.

no i dont have a TDS TESTER i got a ph, moisture light tester at home deopot and this is what it says for the ph i also have a regular ph kit with the drops and the up and down stuff i checked the tap water that way and it said around 6.5 so i donno what to do
