Spots on my Buds HELP

What are these spots coming on my leaves? I'm using 600w HPS, Temps stay between 22-27c lights on, light off 16-20c, humidity lights on 40-43%, lights off 45-50. Light was about 8inches from plant but I raised it to about 12 inches 2days ago. There in Sunshine Mix # 4. Nutes are Sensizym, Carboload, Purple maxx, bud candy, calmag+, and sensi Bloom A&B. I'm on week 7 of flower.

I hope it's not... I check the leaves with my 60x microscope and I didn't see any spider mites. Is it possible that it can be from where I had my light to close? Because I did just read that a 600w Hps at 8 inches away is way to close.

No, doesn't look like spider mites. Looks like the light was too close. 14" should be a good distance for a 600.

Ok moved light back to 14". I'm hoping that's the problem cause these babies only have 3 weeks left.
