Spots...what is this shit?

So...my plant has been budding for like a month and a half and the leaf look kind of sick?

It could be a little bit of Ca or Mg deficiency. Either way its not too bad

No, no mites here. Its an indoor grow in soil. Its not a very big plant, i vegged it for a month. Its under flouros. Maybe i starved it from fertz but the soil was furtilized and the plant isnt that big so i was afraid to feed it every time i watered. Does it realy need that much fertz? Its just a flowering plant. My tomates are fine and I dont feed them much at all.
