I sprayed my only plant with peroxide to fight the spotty mold in 2 buds and it worked but now my other buds look darker, not like it has mold again. It looks darker and dirtier sorta but healthy! All the leaves are very healthy and it has grown another inch during the past week. I'm not sure if I make sense but did anyone experience this 'darkness' of the bud that after a peroxide treatment?

I think I may the mold problem again. I had sprayed with peroxide and it worked but now it's back. It seems to have affected one node of a 5 node leaf if that makes sense. So I removed it and sprayed whe whole plant with peroxide. I'm 2 weeks away from harvest and it's my first ever grow. I'm scared it will destroy my little plant. It has been raining for 2 weeks straight and it's suppose to continue for 2 more. What should I do? The mold looks fuzzy with white/grey fuzz on one decaying node of a leaf near the main cola. Help!:-|

if you can't control it you will have to pull it early. sucks i know but you don't want to be smoking mold. it doesn't burn. can make you sick.

Thanks fdd. I was thinking about pulling it early too. It's almost finished and I haven't flushed yet. I was hoping to start today. If I sprayed it with peroxide today, can I wait 2 more weeks by just bring it inside during the day?

It has been pissing here and it's not stopping anytime soon. I think thet humidity may be the problem, not sure. I read your post saying the mold will die once in contact with the peroxide. So I'm hoping that's true and I can just keep an eye on her for 2 weeks until I'm done flushing. What's your opinion about this?

Why would I get mold anyways? Is there a way to avoid it? Could it be constant the rain/humidity?:evil:I'm so pissed. I keep thinking, what would fdd do????

i got it from some stray blackberries that were creeping around my storage shed. the roof of the shed used to leak so there are some moldy boxes in the back corner. the blackberries grew around this corner. there is a small hole in the wall of the shed. the mildew jumped from the boxes to the berries to 2 of my plants. i check and spray daily if needed. i thought the PH of the rain would wash it away but it doesn't. now is a critical time. keep a very close eye on things. if it's raining hard bring her inside or cover her. makes sure she dries out everyday. if it stays wet to long rot may set in.

Thanks fdd. I will spray it everyday if it helps. It's funny you mentioned your problem, I have a feeling my mold happened the same way. My plant is near the house and some roses and I just noticed a bit of mold on the roses and the corner roof of the house. I would very much like to wait the full 2 weeks if possible. I've been bringing it inside during the week but during the last weekend we had visitors and I had to keep it outside. That pretty much did it. Thanks again for your help. It sucks to have just one plant sometimes. I'm holding off the nutes for the flushing process and just giving her molassis. Is molasses OK to give her now until the end?

PS: Sorry for the many questions and thanks again.

Are you guys spraying with pure H2O2 or is it diluted with water? If its diluted what is the ratio to use for mold?
Thanks in advance

I sprayed a second and third time and it's gone now. Just watch it and keep the peroxide bottle handy. Supposedly it kills on contact but sometimes you may need to spray again and make sure you get every spot. Keep us posted!

bladdy mold :(

it pops up all over the place. you think you have it but its never gone. i cut a couple of colas over the weekend that had mold. i found that its only on the stuff you trim away not inside the buds. i have used loads of peroxide so i know it doesnt harm the plant at least

Yeah, I found 2 more moldy spots too. Next year I'm planting earlier. I waited until July to start and now it's too cold and wet and not helping with my mold problems.

i will get shorter flowering time plants. and not sativas :D

how long were yours meant to flower? if its 10 weeks or so you might not do too well. i started some a month after my first ones and they are still not ready even though their sisters have been dealt with. no warmth and sun left now
