Springtails? Any suggestiongs?

Hey I have been searching this site for information of springtails...

I just noticed today that I have some springtails in my soil, not alot, I saw about 10 but I'm sure there are more...

I have looked them up and realized they will probably not do any serious harm to my lady but I was curious to get some more opinions.

Apparently the best way to kill them is to dry out the soil, which is what I plan on doing, but I flushed yesterday so this may take some time.

If anyone has had this problem before I was just curious to get there input and an estimate on how long I will have to dry my plant out before the springtails will die...

Nobody has any worthwhile information or experience with these little guys?

Is drying out my soil going to be sufficient in treating these little bugs?

Thats the first I have ever heard of them. Apparently they are harmless, more a niusance than anything. Here is what I got off of Google. There is a wealth of info on them out there, ya just gotta look.
